So these were a lot of fun to make. I wanted them to look vintage because of the images I had but I also wanted them to be bright like the circus. I shaped some thin gauge wire into shapes and covered them with layers of tissue paper and gel medium. When they dried I painted them red and then sprayed them with layers of candy apple Glimmer Mist which made them really shimmery and vibrant. I liked the contrast of the vivid red against the faded backgrounds.
